Your order is not confirmed until Mimmu confirms its acceptance. Before accepting an order, we must receive and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Mimmu may be unable to fulfill requests to cancel an order after acceptance. If an order is rejected, modified, or canceled, we will notify you by contacting you via the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number you provided when submitting the order.
Your purchases are eligible for returns or exchanges exclusively in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that you are making purchases for personal or household use and not for resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the actual price at the time the order is submitted, and you can view it in the order confirmation email. We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays attributable to shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Once the products are transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, and audio, as well as their design, selection, and arrangement, are owned by Mimmu, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright, and intellectual property laws.

The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Mimmu are trademarks of Mimmu or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such trademarks without Mimmu's written authorization. The name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans appearing in the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may have access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither verify nor monitor nor have any input into.
You understand and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any kind of warranty, representation or condition and without any endorsement. We have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Mimmu is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, sales and purchases you make in our Store take place directly with Mimmu. By using the Services, you understand and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Mimmu, including any injury, damage or loss arising from the purchase of products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or relating to purchases and transactions you make with Mimmu.

All personal data we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal data may be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, available here. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read the aforementioned privacy policies.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mimmu, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, merchants, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees payable to any third party, arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms and Conditions of the Services or the documents incorporated herein, (2) your violation of any laws or third-party rights, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claims, provided that failure to provide prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim at your expense, including the selection of counsel, but we will not settle claims that require you to assume non-monetary obligations without your consent (which may not be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of non-indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

What information is collected?

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. saves only the data provided by the user, namely the data essential for account registration. Users enter the data themselves both when registering on the site and when subscribing to the newsletters. 

Payment data (credit cards and/or online accounts) is processed exclusively by banking institutions on their secure servers. Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. does not record any data relating to these. 

Who is collecting it? For what purpose?

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. collects data to enable access to and purchase of products sold on the e-commerce site www.mimmu.it, streamline processes, access order history, and manage shipping addresses. This data may be deleted or modified by the user at any time through their account settings. 

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. uses the data provided by the user and the related cookies (cookie policy) for the following purposes:

- Marketing and remarketing through Facebook Ads, Google AdWords and Google Shopping;

Are this data transferred or disclosed to third parties?

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. transfers the user's data only when an order is placed to Shopify, as the provider of the management platform on which the e-commerce site is hosted. Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. guarantees that it does not transfer the data to any other third party. If payment is made through the PayPal platform, the shipping address is communicated to PayPal in order to meet the security requirements of the platform itself.

What if I buy with Scalapay?

If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in the number of instalments you have chosen. You acknowledge that the instalments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and you authorize such assignment.

Is the data management system secure?

All data stored on servers meets the highest security standards. Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. is constantly committed to protecting and keeping the data secure, and does not allow access to it by persons outside the company or by unauthorized individuals. 

Duration of data processing 

The data provided by the user will remain in the www.mimmu.it website database operated by Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. until the account is deleted by the user or the website administrators. 

How do I delete my data from the website?

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. guarantees the “right to be forgotten” provided for by the new EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Users may choose to delete their account and/or newsletter subscription at any time by accessing their account. The history of the data provided by the user will be deleted immediately along with their profile. Only records of any orders placed on the www.mimmu.it website will remain, as they are essential for compliance with e-commerce regulations.
