Gresil Srl shoe factory undertakes to replace or refund (or to credit the customer the total amount corresponding to the value of the goods to be returned for future purchases) any product purchased online that does not conform to expectations, provided that a request is made within 14 days from the delivery date of the products.

The customer can communicate his change of heart for any reason through

The options provided following the return of the ordered goods are as follows, at the customer's discretion:

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the warehouses Gresil Srl shoe factory and the items will be checked and in any case no later than 14 days from receipt of the news from the customer of the return of the goods.

The refund will be made to the same account/means used for the payment (credit card, PayPal, bank account, etc.), with the technical times necessary for this to happen and NON will include the delivery costs originally foreseen by the order subject to the return, excluding any additional shipping costs.

You can easily book a collection with our courier, the return remains free for the customer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition, without showing any signs.

Each item must be returned with all original labels and tags attached, and including all packaging and accessories received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading applies.
