Calzaturificio Gresil Srl commits to replace or refund (or credit the customer with the total amount corresponding to the value of the goods to be returned for future purchases) any product purchased online that does not meet expectations, provided the request is made within 14 days from the delivery date of the products.

The customer can communicate their change of mind for any reason through

• directly from their account on info@mimmu.it

• using the specific pre-printed form attached to the consumer code (see below).

The options available following the return of the ordered goods are as follows, at the customer's discretion:

•     Exchange size/color of the same item (if available)

•     Credit to be used later

•     Refund

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the Calzaturificio Gresil Srl warehouses and the items are checked, and in any case no later than 14 days from the receipt of the customer's notice of the return of the goods.

The refund will be made to the same account/method used for payment (credit card, PayPal, bank account, etc.), with the technical times necessary to ensure this happens and will not include the delivery costs originally provided for in the order subject to return, except for any additional shipping costs.

You can easily book a pickup with our courier, the return remains free for the customer.

The customer will be held responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in which case Calzaturificio Gresil Srl reserves the right to determine the value of the returned goods it deems most appropriate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must show no signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition, without any marks.

Each item must be returned with all original labels and tags attached, and including all packaging and accessories received with the order.

All shoes and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.

Return shipping costs will not be borne by Calzaturificio Gresil Srl.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European regulations for distance selling apply.
