REFUND POLICY

Did you choose the wrong size/color or want to change the product?
Don't worry, no problem, you can request a refund for your purchase and/or exchange it. If you make a size/color exchange or product exchange, the process will be handled entirely by us and will be completely free. 

Are you not satisfied with your purchase?
Don't worry, no problem, you can request a refund of your expense.
For the return shipment, you can rely on your trusted courier (return shipping costs will not be borne by Calzaturificio Gresil Srl).
Or we can handle your return at a fixed cost of €25.

NB: in case of return, only the product price is refunded and not any shipping costs.

Evaluate your purchase, make sure it is to your liking and satisfies you; you have 14 days to change your mind to request a refund or an exchange.

There are 2 options to make a return:

1) You can arrange the return of the product with your trusted courier
2) We handle your return at a cost of €25

Calzaturificio Gresil Srl commits to replace or refund (or credit the customer with the total amount corresponding to the value of the goods to be returned for future purchases) any product purchased online that does not meet expectations, provided the request is made within 14 days from the delivery date of the products.

The customer can communicate their withdrawal for any reason through

• an email to the following email address info@mimmu.it
  
• directly from your own account at info@mimmu.it
  
• using the specific pre-printed form attached to the consumer code (see below).
  

The options available following the return of the ordered goods are as follows, at the customer's discretion:

• Size/color exchange of the same item (if available)
  
• Credit to be used later
  
• Refund
  

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at Calzaturificio Gresil Srl's warehouses and the items are checked, and in any case no later than 14 days from the receipt of the customer's notice of the return of the goods.

The refund will be made to the same account/method used for payment (credit card, PayPal, bank account, etc.), within the technical time required to ensure this, and will not include the original delivery charges from the order subject to return, except for any additional shipping costs.

You can easily book a pickup with our courier; the return remains free for the customer.

The customer will be held responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in which case Calzaturificio Gresil Srl reserves the right to determine the value of the returned goods as it deems appropriate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must show no signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition, showing no marks.

Each item must be returned with all original labels and tags attached, including all packaging and accessories received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.

Return shipping costs will not be borne by Calzaturificio Gresil Srl.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European regulations for distance selling shall apply.
