REFUND POLICY

Did you choose the wrong size/color or want to change the product?
Don’t worry, no problem, you can request a refund of your purchase and/or an exchange. If you make a size/color exchange or product exchange, the process will be fully handled by us and will be completely free.

Note: size/color exchanges are only allowed for orders from Europe.

Don’t worry, no problem, you can request a refund of your purchase.
For the return shipment, you can use your trusted carrier (return shipping costs will not be covered by Calzaturificio Gresil Srl).
Alternatively, we can handle your return for a fixed cost of 25€.

Note: in case of a return, only the price of the product will be refunded, not any shipping costs.

Time available for returns
Consider your purchase, make sure it pleases you and meets your expectations; you have 14 days to change your mind and request a refund or an exchange.

Note: refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the order.

Easy return

In the delivered package, you will find everything needed to make a safe and easy return; return shipping costs will not be covered by Calzaturificio Gresil Srl.

There are 2 options to make a return:

1) You can arrange the return of the product with your trusted carrier
2) We handle your return for a cost of 25€

Calzaturificio Gresil Srl commits to replace or refund (or credit the customer with the full amount corresponding to the value of the goods to be returned for future purchases) any product bought online that does not meet expectations, provided the request is made within 14 days from the delivery date of the products.

The customer can communicate their change of mind for any reason through

• an email to the following address info@mimmu.it
  
• directly from their account on info@mimmu.it
  
• using the specific pre-printed form attached to the consumer code (see below).
  

The options available following the return of the ordered goods are as follows, at the customer’s discretion:

• Exchange for a different size/color of the same item (if available)
  
• Credit to be used later
  
• Refund
  

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at Calzaturificio Gresil Srl’s warehouses and the items are checked, and in any case no later than 14 days from the customer’s notification of the return of the goods.

The refund will be made to the same account/method used for payment (credit card, PayPal, bank account, etc.), with the technical times needed to complete this, and will not include the original delivery costs of the order subject to return, except for any additional shipping costs.

The customer will be held responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in which case Calzaturificio Gresil Srl reserves the right to determine the value of the returned goods it deems most appropriate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must show no signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition, showing no marks.

Each item must be returned with all original labels and tags attached, and including all packaging and accessories received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.

Return shipping costs will not be covered by Calzaturificio Gresil Srl.

For all aspects not specifically stated, European distance selling regulations apply.
