Refund Policy

Did you order the wrong size/color or would you like to change the product?
Don’t worry, it’s no problem—you can request a refund and/or an exchange. If you request a size/color exchange or a product exchange, we will manage the process entirely and it will be completely free of charge. 

NB: size/color exchanges are permitted only for orders from Europe.

For the return shipment, you can use your preferred courier (return shipping costs will not be borne by Calzaturificio Gresil Srl).
Alternatively, we can manage your return for a fixed fee of €25.

NB: in the event of a return, only the product price will be refunded, excluding any shipping costs. 

Time available for returns
Evaluate your purchase and make sure you like it and are satisfied with it: you have 30 days to change your mind and request a refund or an exchange.

NB: refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Easy returns

The delivered parcel will contain everything you need to make a safe and easy return; return shipping costs will not be borne by Calzaturificio Gresil Srl.

There are 2 options for making a return:

1) You can arrange the return of the product with your preferred courier
2) We can manage your return for a fee of €25

Calzaturificio Gresil Srl undertakes to replace or refund (or credit the customer with the total amount corresponding to the value of the goods being returned for future purchases) any product purchased online that does not meet expectations, provided that the request is made within 14 days of the product delivery date.

The customer may notify us of their decision to withdraw for any reason by

• contacting us directly through their account at info@mimmu.it
  
• using the appropriate pre-printed form attached to the Consumer Code (see below).
  

The options available following the return of the ordered goods are as follows, at the customer’s discretion:

• Exchange for a different size/color of the same item (if available)
  
• Credit to be used at a later date
  
• Refund
  

The refund will be issued as soon as the return reaches the Calzaturificio Gresil Srl warehouses and the items have been inspected, and in any event no later than 14 days after the customer has notified us of the return of the goods.

The refund will be issued to the same account/payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, bank account, etc.), within the technical timeframes required for processing, and will not include the delivery costs originally charged for the order being returned, except for any additional shipping costs.

The customer will be held responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In such cases, Calzaturificio Gresil Srl reserves the right to determine the value of the returned goods that it considers most appropriate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition, without any marks.

Each item must be returned with all original labels and tags attached, together with all packaging and accessories received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned in their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product in every respect and must not have been damaged or altered in any way, or used as the sole outer packaging.

Return shipping costs will not be borne by Calzaturificio Gresil Srl.

For all matters not specifically addressed, European distance-selling regulations shall apply.
