Shipping Policy

Shipments within Italy and abroad are made via express courier. As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments include an official invoice declaring the value of each individual item in euros. For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped by Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.

Shipments of products within Italy will take production times into account, as these products are handmade to order. They will be shipped no earlier than 5 business days after the order and no later than 15 business days after the order. Delivery is expected within the following 24–48 hours. These production times may vary during periods of high demand (June and July).

Each shoe is crafted by hand at the time of ordering. Our production process requires time, care, and attention; therefore, delivery may take up to 3–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the model. This waiting period ensures quality, attention to detail, and uniqueness in every creation.

Shipping is FREE THROUGHOUT ITALY.

For shipments to European countries, there is an additional fixed fee of €12.00. (Shipping will also be free to these countries for orders of €250.00 or more.) The exceptions are Iceland and Norway, where the fee is €30. There is no free-shipping threshold for Iceland and Norway.

For shipments to the United Kingdom, there is an additional fixed fee of €17.00 (shipping will also be free to these countries for orders of €300.00 or more)

For shipments to Switzerland, there is an additional fixed fee of €30.00 (shipping will also be free to these countries for orders of €300.00 or more)

For shipments to the United States and Canada, there is an additional fixed fee of €15.00 (shipping will also be free to these countries for orders of €300.00 or more)

For shipments to all other countries, there is an additional fixed fee of €40.00 (shipping will also be free to these countries for orders of €500.00 or more)



PRIORITY SHIPPING:

We are an artisanal brand that makes each pair to order.
With priority shipping, your order skips the queue and is put into production before others. This is not 24-hour shipping, but rather preferential handling throughout the entire process. Once ready, the package is shipped via express service. See the prices below.

In all cases, Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. reserves the right to delay shipment if events beyond its control occur.

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender, any shipping costs charged to Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Shipments handled by our couriers are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance is no longer valid.
