We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided they have been used.
Size exchanges are completely free of charge.
Note: size/color exchanges are only allowed for orders from Europe.
For returns, only the shipping costs of the product are borne by the customer.
Handcrafted production and shipping
At Mimmù, we believe in a different kind of luxury: one of authentic quality, artisanal care, and made-to-measure production. For this reason, we have chosen not to produce in bulk, but to create each pair of shoes only after your order.
This handcrafted creation process requires a specific amount of time, but it is our guarantee of a product of the highest quality, made with dedication and without waste.
The time needed to receive your Mimmù shoe is divided into two phases, both crucial for the final quality. The first phase is the Artisanal Production, as the shoe is handmade and made to order; from the first cut of the leather to the final finishing, our master craftsmen take up to 10 working days.
Next, the Shipping phase begins with a meticulous final quality check, secure packaging, and handover to the express courier. This second phase requires an additional 3-6 working days.
