Shipping policy

Shipments within Italy and abroad are made by express courier. As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments  are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item in Euros. For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped by Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L., Monday to Friday from 10:00-17:30. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

Shipments of products within Italy will take production times into account, since these are handmade products made to order. They will be dispatched no earlier than 5 working days from the order date and no later than 15 working days thereafter. Delivery is expected within the following 24/48h. These production times may vary during periods of high demand (June and July).

Each shoe is handcrafted and made to order. Our production process requires time, care and attention; for this reason, delivery may take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the style. This wait ensures quality, attention to detail and uniqueness in every creation.

Shipping is available only to the countries and territories enabled on our online store. The applicable rate is confirmed during checkout based on the delivery address.

For deliveries within Italy, you can also choose delivery to an InPost Pickup Point for €4.90: at checkout, select the most convenient InPost locker or point on the map and collect your order there.

In all cases, Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. reserves the right to postpone shipment in the event of force majeure.

All Customers who place an order enter into a commercial relationship with Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their parcel. If, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests that it be returned to the sender, all shipping costs charged to Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Our courier shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance is no longer valid.
