What information is collected?

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L.  saves only and exclusively the data provided by the user, those essential for registering the account. The data is entered by the users themselves both for registering on the site and for receiving the newsletter. 

The data relating to payments (credit card and/or online accounts) are processed exclusively by banking institutions on their secure servers. Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L.  does not record any data relating to the aforementioned. 

Who is collecting them? With what purpose?

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L.  collects data to allow access and purchase of products sold on the e-commerce www.mimmu.it in order to streamline processes, have access to order history and manage shipping addresses. Such data can be deleted/modified at any time by the user when managing their account. 

Calzaturificio Gresil SRL uses the data provided by the user and the related cookies (cookies regulation) for the following purposes:

- Marketing e re-marketing tramite Facebook Ads, Google AdWords e Google Shopping;

- Advertising newsletters regarding the contents of the site www.mimmu.it;

Is this data transferred or disclosed to third parties?

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L.  transfers user data only in the case of an order placed with Shopify as supplier of the management platform on which the e-commerce is based. Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L.  guarantees that it does not transfer the data to any other third party. In the case of payment via the Paypal platform, the shipping address is communicated to Paypal so as to meet the security criteria required by the platform itself.

Was it purchased with Scalapay?

If you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in the number of installments you have chosen. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their transferees, and authorize such transfer.

Is the data management system secure?

All data saved on servers meets the highest security standards. Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. are constantly committed to protecting and keeping the data safe, not allowing access to them by people external to the company or unauthorized persons. 

Duration of data processing 

The data provided by the user will remain in the database of the website www.mimmu.it of Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. until the account is deleted by the user or the site administrators. 

How do I delete my data from the site?

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. they guarantee the "right to be forgotten" provided for by the new EU regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The user may decide to delete his account and/or subscription to the newsletter at any time by logging into his account. The history of the data provided by the user will be instantly deleted together with his profile. Only traces will remain of any orders placed on the website www.mimmu.it as they are essential for the regulation of electronic commerce.
