Please carefully check the order before submitting, as Mimmu may not be able to fulfill cancellation requests after acceptance. In case of rejection, modification, or cancellation of an order, we will notify you by contacting you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided at the time of order submission.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange exclusively in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that you make purchases for personal or family use and not for resale or export.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claims, provided that delayed notification does not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. What information is collected?

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. saves only and exclusively the data provided by the user, those essential for account registration. The data are entered by the users themselves both for site registration and for receiving newsletters. 

Payment data (credit card and/or online accounts) are processed exclusively by banks on their secure servers. Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. does not record any data related to these. 

Who is collecting it? For what purpose?

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. collects data to allow access and purchase of products sold on the e-commerce www.mimmu.it in order to streamline processes, have access to order history, and manage shipping addresses. Such data can be deleted/modified at any time by the user in their account management. 

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. uses the data provided by the user and the related cookies (cookie policy) for the following purposes:

- Marketing and re-marketing through Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and Google Shopping;

- Advertising newsletters concerning the contents of the www.mimmu.it site;

Are these data transferred or disclosed to third parties?

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. transfers user data only in case of an order placed to Shopify as the provider of the management platform on which the e-commerce is based. Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. guarantees that it does not transfer data to any other third party. In the case of payment via the Paypal platform, the shipping address is communicated to Paypal to meet the security criteria required by the platform itself.

What if I buy with Scalapay?

If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in the number of installments you have chosen. Please note that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize this assignment.

Is the data management system secure?

All data saved on servers meets the highest security standards. Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. is constantly committed to protecting and keeping data secure, not allowing access to it by external or unauthorized persons. 

Duration of data processing 

The data provided by the user will remain in the www.mimmu.it site database of Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. until the account is deleted by the user or the site administrators. 

How do I delete my data from the site?

Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. guarantees the “right to be forgotten” provided by the new EU regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The user can decide to delete their account and/or newsletter subscription at any time by accessing their account. The history of data provided by the user will be instantly deleted along with their profile. Only traces of any orders placed on the www.mimmu.it website will remain as they are essential for regulation in the field of electronic commerce.
