Shipments in Italy and abroad are made via express courier. As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped from Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L., from the Monday already Friday with time 10:00-17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

THE shipments to Italy of the products will take place taking into account production times, as these are hand-made products, upon request, it will take place no earlier than 5 working days from the order and at the latest within 15 working days of the same. Delivery is expected within the following 24/48 hours. These production times may vary during periods of high demand (June and July).

For shipments to European countries a is expected additional fixed cost of €10.00 (shipping will be free, also for these countries, for the orders equal to or greater than €250.00).

For shipments to Switzerland, United Kingdom and Iceland a is expected additional fixed cost of €15.00 (shipping will be free, also for these countries, for the orders equal to or greater than €300.00)

For shipments to the United States and Canada there is an additional fixed charge of $15.00 (shipping will be free, also for these countries, for orders equal to or greater than €300.00)

For shipments to all other countries there is an additional fixed cost of 40.00 (shipping will be free, also for these countries, for orders equal to or greater than €500.00)

In all cases Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.

All Customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests that all shipping costs be returned to the sender, they will be charged to Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L., will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Shipments from our couriers are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
