SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments within Italy and abroad are carried out via express courier. As required by trade regulations, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item in Euros. For discounted items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Orders are shipped by Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L., from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

Shipments within Italy of the products will take into account production times, as these are handmade, made-to-order products; shipments will occur no earlier than 5 working days from the order date and no later than 15 working days from the same. Delivery is expected within 24/48 hours thereafter. These production times may vary during high demand periods (June and July).

Each shoe is handcrafted at the time of order. Our production process requires time, care, and attention: for this reason, delivery can take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the model. A wait that guarantees quality, attention to detail, and uniqueness in every creation.

Shipping is FREE THROUGHOUT ITALY.

For shipments to European countries, a fixed additional cost of €12.00 applies. (Shipping will be free for these countries as well for orders equal to or exceeding €250.00.) Except for Iceland and Norway, where the cost is €30. There is no free shipping threshold for Iceland and Norway.

For shipments to the United Kingdom, a fixed additional cost of €17.00 applies (shipping will be free for these countries as well for orders equal to or exceeding €300.00).

For shipments to Switzerland, a fixed additional cost of €30.00 applies (shipping will be free for these countries as well for orders equal to or exceeding €300.00).

For shipments to the United States and Canada, a fixed additional cost of €15.00 applies (shipping will be free for these countries as well for orders equal to or exceeding €300.00).

For shipments to all other countries, a fixed additional cost of €40.00 applies (shipping will be free for these countries as well for orders equal to or exceeding €500.00).



PRIORITY SHIPPING:

We are an artisanal brand that makes each pair to order.
With priority shipping, your order skips the queue and is put into production before others. This is not a 24-hour shipping, but a preferential handling throughout the entire process. Once ready, the package ships via express service. See the prices below.

In all cases, Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. reserves the right to postpone shipment in case of force majeure events.

All customers placing an order establish a commercial relationship with Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. and therefore agree to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery or requests return to sender, all shipping costs charged to Calzaturificio Gresil S.R.L. will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

Our courier shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment arrives at its destination, the insurance coverage ends.
